Bio
I finished my gratuation in 1991 in Translation Studies and after I lived in Germany allowing me to freelance in translating technical and literary texts. In 2009, I completed my M.A. in Translation Studies at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, Florianópolis – Brazil), and had trainings in the translation of legal texts in Augsburg, Germany.
The PhD in Translation Studies at UFSC was finished in August 2014. I took a doctoral internship at the Institute for Research into Books for Young People at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 2012/2013 with the support of Capes and UFSC.
