Compoziţie
Un flacon cu pulbere liofilizată conţine virus rabic inactivat - tulpina Flury LEP (propagat pe culturi celulare primare de fibroblaste de pasăre) ≥2,5 UI/ml şi excipienţi: TRIS-hidroximetil-aminometan, clorură de sodiu, edetat disodic, L-glutamat de potasiu, poligelină, sucroză.
Conţine urme de neomicină, clortetraciclină, amfotericină B.
O fiolă cu solvent conţine 1 ml apă pentru preparate injectabile.

Indicaţii terapeutice
Pacienţii de orice vârstă pot fi imunizaţi împotriva rabiei prin administrare de Rabipur.
Rabipur este eficient în:
- imunizare post-expunere
- imunizare re-expunere
Se recomandă în mod special pentru persoanele cu risc crescut de a contacta boala, cum ar fi medici veterinari, deţinători de animale, vânători, lucrători forestieri, comercianţi de animale, măcelari, personal din laboratoarele de cercetări antirabice, etc., sau înainte de şederi mai îndelungate în ţinuturi în care rabia este endemică.

Composition
A vial of freeze-dried powder contains inactivated rabies vaccine - Flury LEP strain (propagated in primary cell cultures of bird fibroblasts) ≥2.5 IU/ml and excipients TRIS-hydroxymethyl-aminomethane sodium chloride, disodium edetate, potassium-L-glutamate, polygeline, saccharose.

Therapeutic indications
Patients of any age may be immunized against rabies by administering Rabipur.
Rabipur is effective in:
- post-exposure immunisation
- re-exposure immunisation
It is particularly recommended for people at high risk of contracting the disease, such as veterinarians, animal owners, hunters, forestry workers, animal merchants, butchers, rabies research laboratory personnel, and so on or before lengthier stays in provinces where rabies is endemic.

Source text - English 4. CLINICAL PARTICULARS
4.1 Therapeutic indications
Theraflu Extra Cold & Flu is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of cold and flu in adults, including fever and chills, muscular pain and headache, nasal congestion, sneezing and runny nose.
4.2 Posology and method of administration
The contents of a packet of Theraflu Extra Cold & Flu is dissolved in a cup of hot water (approximately 200 ml) and drunk hot. A single dose should not exceed a packet. The dose may be repeated after 4-6 hours as needed to relieve symptoms, without exceeding the maximum of 2 packets, within 24 hours. Stop using it after 5 days.
The drug is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
4.3 Contraindications
Theraflu Extra Cold & Flu is contraindicated in the following situations:
- known hypersensitivity to any of the components;
- cardiovascular, renal and hepatic diseases;
- high blood pressure;
- benign prostatic hyperplasia with urinary residue;
- bladder neck obstruction;
- pyloroduodenal obstruction;
- stenosis peptic ulcer;
- diabetes mellitus;
- lung disease (including asthma)
- closed-angle glaucoma;

4.1 Indicaţii terapeutice
Theraflu Extra răceală şi gripă este indicat pentru tratamentul simptomatic pe termen scurt al simptomelor de răceală şi gripă la adulţi, inclusiv al febrei şi frisoanelor, al durerilor musculare şi cefaleii, al congestiei nazale, strănutului şi rinoreii.
4.2 Doze şi mod de administrare
Conţinutul unui plic de Theraflu Extra răceală şi gripă se dizolvă într-o cană cu apă fierbinte (aproximativ 200 ml) şi se bea fierbinte. O doză unică nu trebuie să depăşească un plic. Doza poate fi repetată după 4–6 ore, după cum va fi necesar pentru ameliorarea simptomelor, fără a se depăşi 2 plicuri în 24 de ore.
Utilizarea se va întrerupe după 5 zile.
Medicamentul nu este indicat pentru copii cu vârsta sub 12 ani.
4.3 Contraindicaţii
Theraflu Extra răceală şi gripă este contraindicat în următoarele cazuri:
-hipersensibilitate cunoscută la oricare dintre componente;
-afecţiuni cardiovasculare, hepatice sau renale severe;
-hipertensiune arterială;
-hiperplazie benignă de prostată, cu reziduu urinar;
-obstrucţia colului vezicii urinare;
-obstrucţie piloroduodenală;
-ulcer peptic stenozant;
-diabet zaharat;
-boli pulmonare (inclusiv astm bronşic)
-glaucom cu unghi închis;

Kohl rose to power in the early eighties, through his mastery of parliamentary tactics, not through any inspired vision of twenty-first-century Europe.
Once he was in office, his largest ambition was to demonstrate Bonn’s loyalty to NATO by prevailing over Germany’s bumptious peace movement and lining the Fulda Gap with medium-range nuclear missiles.
When Kohl did pull off something truly historic - reunification - he was spooked by his own success. Now the prospect of Reich loomed, where before there had been only the tame Federal Republic. If offering up the mark will banish that prospect, he is willing to pay the price.
