Spanish term or phrase: DDS-DM/DA abbreviation
This is a medical report of a hand injury, to the tendons of the hand in particular.
I think DDS may be a typo for FDS /flexor digitorum profundus, as this is mentioned later/below. I cannot figure out what "DM/DA" or "DM-DA" means here. Perhaps "división medial, división anterior", but I´m not sure that even makes sense for a tendon repair.

"Mano derecho......lesion FPL, FPS, FDI, y FDP a nivel muscular y DDS-DM/DA. Se realiza intervención quirúrgica: sutura arteria radial, sutura y retensado FPL, FPS DI-FDPDI, FDS DM-DA. Se deja sin cerrar la region dorsal...."

Any ideas?
