4 +5 | second-born twin son of the informant / applicant and of XXX |

second-born twin son of the informant / applicant and of XXX Explanation: When twins are born, one of them has to come out after the other, and that one is called the second born. That is what this means. The "presentante" is the person who reports the birth for registration. In the UK and Ireland this person is called the informant. I'm not sure of the right term in the US, but we had "applicant" in a previous question, and a lot of people agreed: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish_to_english/certificates_di... "A few highlights: Jacob, the second-born twin son of Isaac, cheats his brother, Esau, twice -- first of his birthright and then of his dying father's blessing." http://www.nytimes.com/1993/09/19/books/jacob-the-novel.html... "Se sabe que hay cierta predisposición familiar [al síndrome de dificultad respiratoria neonatal]; también es más frecuente en el hijo de madre diabética, en el gemelo nacido en segundo término, y el sexo masculino es afectado el doble de veces que el femenino." http://cvoed.imss.gob.mx/COED/home/normativos/DPM/archivos/c... "The syndrome is more frequent in infants of diabetic mothers and in the second born of premature twins." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infant_respiratory_distress_sy... |
