Ez inkább a *tetszik, nem tetszik* fordítása, de a kettő között tartalmi különbséget nem látok. A szövegkörnyezetttől függően ez lehet jó. A *take it or leave it* csak felszólító módban használatos és nem feltétlen arról van szó.

Explanation:
Ez címnek abszolút alkalmatlan, én is inkább a "like it or not"-ra szavazok, de azért megnéztem az Akadémiai Kiadó-féle "Angol és amerikai kifejezések szótárá"-ban, hátha ír vmi okosat. Hát csak ezt bírtam találni benne. Ez inkább az "éhes ember nem válogat" lenne magyarul, de megadja hozzá az "eszi, nem eszi, nem kap mást" szólást is.
A "like it or not" pedig inkább az "akár tetszik, akár nem".

Most már csak választanod kell ;-) Te tudod, hogy az esszéhez mi illik jobban.
