Dear Prozers,
This is what I found about (Six Sigma)
Six Sigma at many organizations simply means a measure of quality that strives for near perfection. Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects (driving towards six standard deviations between the mean and the nearest specification limit) in any process -- from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service.

in my own text I am working on it comes as follows:

"Outcomes monitoring will employ a child and community participatory approach. Outcomes will be assessed on the basis of the measure-move-measure (Six Sigma) method, and in close co-ordination with the CMHP (See above on appropriate training to support development of a participatory monitoring tool/process)."

Is is possible to find out an Aravic equivalent for such a term or just to be transliterated?

Inserting that parenthetical reference to "6S" (a common abbreviation used by practitioners of that concept and method) is a diversionary distraction of a reader (assuming the reader is not alreaday familiar with 6S) from the main thought being expressed in the text.
