fixtures, attached structures and easements Explanation: common real estate terms, in that order. Contents are removable personal property, fixtures are permamnently bound to the property legally if not physically and attachment means something entirely different in a legal sense (it means a lien of some sort). The last one is the only one I am sort of guessing on, but easement is sort of a catch-all for many property features... Hope this helps. |
