Hi everyone,

After several weeks of translating this major project I was ready to export it today and send it to the client.

It crashes half way through the export process and gives me the following error:

Engine.AsposeWordFilter.ReconstructParagraphRecursive Line: 2865

Hi everyone,

After several weeks of translating this major project I was ready to export it today and send it to the client.

It crashes half way through the export process and gives me the following error:

Engine.AsposeWordFilter.ReconstructParagraphRecursive Line: 2865
-2147024809: Cannot add a node before/after itself

The source file was derived from OCR and looks pretty ugly, but I have worked on a similar file from this client previously without any problems.

Any suggestions what can be done?

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Cheers,

Max

PS

I use DV3 professional version
Source file is .docx

Office Live filter May 29, 2017

Did you import the file using the "Office Live" filter? It has never worked for me for anything but the simplest documents. Perhaps you could reimport with the older filter, which is far more reliable.

Hi Epameinondas,

How would I set the older filter (and which one is it?)?

Thanks,

Max

Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Open XML May 29, 2017

It is this one: Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Open XML

But please create a copy of your original document before importing (give it a different file name), so that you don't lose what you already have there.

A code problem? May 29, 2017

Office Live filter always works in my case, so I don't think it is the problem.
*"I would take a copy of the project file and store it in a safe place first. Try any solutions on copies of your project file*

You can try to repair project
Check and fix codes
Reimport the source file in a new project, copy source to target, and try exporting
If all fail, Atril support is your last chance.

Did any of the two suggested solutions work?
